Fusch an der Großglocknerstraße

The small village Fusch (754 inhabitants, 805 m above sea level) is placed in a side valley approx. 18 km southwest of Zell am See. Fusch is directly situated at the world-famous Grossglockner-Hochalpenstrasse (www.grossglockner.at), which leads up to the highest mountain of Austria, the Grossglockner (3.798 m).

In summer you find several hiking trails for recreative walks or small discovery tours in untouched nature. For ambitious alpinists the mountain region ‘Hohe Tauern’ offers numerous tours.   In winter you can reach the ski areas Zell am See and Kaprun with the gratis ski bus. Furthermore In Fusch you find numerous cross-country ski-tracks and winter hiking trails, which offers a marvellous view of the snow-covered landscape.
