The village Maria Alm (2.076 inhabitants, 802 m above sea level) is located approx. 5 km east of Saalfelden. Maria Alm is famous for its summer and winter tourism since the 1960s. The golf course and the ski lifts are reachable within few walking minutes. The apartment is situated in an apartment house in a secondary residence area.
