The village Maishofen (3.102 inhabitants, 768 m above sea level) is placed between Zell am See and Saalfelden, close to the lake of Zell am See. Maishofen is a two-season sports resort. Description

Our offered farmhouse, which was built in 1777, is located between Saalbach and Zell am See with a great view of the surrounding mountain region. The house was constantly renovated over the years, but it has not lost its charm.
The object offers a living space of approx. 180 m², which is divided into 6 rooms.
On the ground floor you find a small anteroom, which directly goes to the kitchen with adjacent bar and parlour with a tiled stove.

One guest toilet is available on the ground floor as well as a utility room which could be changed into a third bedroom. By rustic wooden stairs in the anteroom you get on to the upper floor to the two bedrooms and the spacious living room with adjoining home office. The two bedrooms are located in the anterior part of the house; one of it has a bathroom en suite. The roof and all windows were renewed. All connections, like telephone, internet, and cable TV are available. As well as the supply lines (water, channel) are connected to the public supply mains.
