For winter fans: 60 meters from the gondola lift; 100 m from the piste; for summer and bike fans: Blue-Line and Pro-Line (bike trails), Berg Kodok & Expedition Kodok (adventure trails), Heilkräuterweg, Waldwellnessweg and Pumptrack are the same distances. The "original main house" was completely renovated and refurbished in 2003 and 2008 and offers almost 180 m² of space for 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private sauna with adjoining shower room, a large kitchen and a living room with lounge and dining table for all guests.
