Oberndorf is a municipality with a population of 2,057 (as of 1 January 2014) in Kitzbühel, Tyrol (Austria). The municipality is located in the judicial district in Kitzbühel Leukental to the Kitzbühel Ache between Kitzbühel and St. Johann. The municipality is located next to the main village of several hamlets and extends to the Kitzbühel Horn.
Main industries are tourism and a Hartsteinwerk. Until the 18th century copper mining was carried on Rerobichl.
